From orbit to the gate.

  1. 01 Orbit · the course

    The course is a planet.

Twelve regions on one world, one for each unit. The route lights up as you clear each one, so the whole year is always in view.

The Pre-Algebra planet from orbit, with twelve regions along a glowing route
  2. 02 Region 01 · the unit

    Each unit is a valley.

Lessons are stops along a trail, with two checkpoints on the way and a gate at the end. Resume journey always opens the next stop.

Region 01, Whole Numbers: a valley seen from above with the stops along a trail
  3. 03 Waypoint 1.1 · the lesson

    Every idea has a place.

Place value lives in The Stacks, where each tower is worth ten of the one beside it. Read, watch, work the examples, then try it yourself.

Lesson 1.1, Place Value, set in a city of towers called The Stacks
  4. 04 Homework · practice

    Practice opens the next stop.

Twenty questions with full solutions after each try, including ones that ask you to explain or find a mistake. 18 of 20 opens the next lesson.

Homework 1.1: twenty problems, 18 of 20 opens Lesson 1.2
  5. 05 The gate · mastery

Prove it, and the next region opens.

One check across the whole unit: thirty questions, twenty-seven to pass. Retake it as often as needed, with new questions every time.

The Gate at the end of the valley: a glowing ring with a car waiting on the platform

Questions

When does Meridian launch?

We’re building Pre-Algebra first. Founding families hear first and get early access before the public launch.

Can we try it first?

Yes. A sample section from our Precalculus textbook is free to read today, so you can see how lessons and worked examples look. A Pre-Algebra sample lesson will follow.

Which grades and courses?

Pre-Algebra comes first. It covers the grade 6 and 7 math standards with selected grade 8 topics, and is usually taken in grade 6, 7 or 8. Meridian is building K–12 math for homeschool families one course at a time: Algebra 1 comes next, then Geometry and Algebra 2, with the earlier grades to follow.

How much will it cost?

We’ll announce founding pricing before payment opens, and founding families keep that price. Joining the list is free.
